On the ‘What if? Gods Intelligent Design is …‘ project
‘What if‘ :: Our Gods Intelligent Design team with expertise in embedded CPU chipsets , large simulation systems, & large complex memory maps asked the question ‘Can we build a human body simulator?’
‘What if‘ :: after designing CPU hardware & writing the firmware for 4 major projects we turned our attention to the design & build of a scalable human body simulator?
‘What if‘ :: we have completed v3.0 of that Internet Laboratory and have created a vCell project to test our concepts?
‘What if‘ :: we are looking for molecular biologists who share our passion to delve into the unknown, are unafraid of making an error and … to
- Collaborate on our theories of key molecular biological processes and
- Access archived research data for data patterns we have identified
We will publish RfC‘s, Request for Collaboration, which will define areas for collaborators to create and collect specified data that may correlate our theories.
RfC #1 would go something like:
- Theory: Ribosome types and distribution vary in different tissues. Request: Please check repositories for any project that has collected ribosome type counts from different tissues
RfC #2 would go something like:
- Theory: Ribosome types and distribution in the same tissue vary at different stages in life. Request: Please check repositories for any project that has collected ribosome counts from the same tissues at different stages in the subjects life
The RfC facility shall become available in the future.
